Quiet and isolated holiday villa with views of the mountains, the beach and the sea.
The main house has 4 double bedrooms (3 double beds and 2 single beds)
3 Bathrooms (1 with bath, 2 with shower), large living / dining room with a heater, satellite TV, DVD, video and air conditioning (hot & cold), and a kitchen with 4 burners, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator / freezer combination and the usual small electric appliances equipped. In separate apartment there is a double bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room with sofa bed and a small kitchenette with stove. Around the house are several terraces with BBQ, table tennis, garden furniture and pool (4.5 x 9.5 meters) is created.
500 meters to the natural sand dune beach. In 5 minutes by car you can Capdepera, 10 minutes in Cala Ratjada, several golf courses, beaches, supermarkets, medical center, restaurants, tennis courts, riding stables the marina of Cala Ratjada reach.
Pets allowed. Non smoking.
